At CES 2023, LG Display introduced various display solutions that will enable creators to enhance their creative works, including an upgraded IPS Black, Mini LED-based monitor and laptops with foldable OLED technology.
The 27-inch IPS Black offers superior quality over traditional IPS products as it features premium LCD technology for IT IPS Black. It boasts 35% deeper black, twice higher the contrast ratio, enhanced viewing angle at 40 degrees and color accuracy through color volume in low-grey areas compared to previous IPS products.
The 31.5-inch Mini-LED uses a smaller sized mini LED compared to existing LCD as its light source and provides improved picture quality of HDR 1000, elevating the experience of editing photos and videos. The company’s Mini-LED provides the widest range of color expression among the existing Mini-LEDs.
The 17-inch Foldable OLED is the closest product to an All-in-One device for creators! Thanks to its foldable nature, users can set the screen environment according to their preferences and use it as a laptop, tablet or a portable monitor. Users can interact with the display either a pen or one’s fingers, and enjoy OLED’s life-like images as it is almost crease-free at the point of folding. The 17-inch Foldable OLED is very practical and portable which enables creators to work on their projects without being limited by physical space.
