So, LG Display has internalized the LLM(Large Language Model), which serves as the foundation for AI, thereby preventing any potential information leakage to the outside. Furthermore, the service was built as a plug-in into the existing internal intranet system, ‘Let’s,’ enabling seamless integration within the existing infrastructure. This not only enhances convenience but also allows LG Display to save over 10 billion KRW in costs by developing the service in-house, compared to subscribing to external AI assistant services with similar functions. The AI assistant increases daily average work productivity by approximately 10% compared to the previous period, and by enhancing the utilization of the AI assistant, LG Display plans to increase work productivity by more than 30%.
